There is an "After Hours" drop off box located on the fence at the 2875 Richlandtown Pike, Coopersburg
PA address. This is also the same location as the D&J's address.
If your taxes are escrowed,-Please make sure to forward your tax bills to your mortgage company unless they tell you they do not require you to send them your tax bill. Tax bills are mailed to the property owner.

If you make a change to your deed, such as a name change, or if you refinance, please make sure you still have your Homestead and Farmstead exemption. You may have to fill out a new application in order to receive your exemption.
